It’s time for another Hop Culture book club! For today’s episode, we talked about the book “Intuitive Eating: A Revolutionary Anti-Diet Approach” by Elyse Resch and Evelyn Tribole. We discussed some of the strange diet rules that still stick with us, whether we fully buy into the concept of intuitive eating, and how we can raise our kids to listen to their hunger and fullness cues.
